First post for my Buddy Auston's Blog ...by his Loving Dad Andy

Two days a Father never forgets the glorious day when your child is born and the totally shocking

unfortunate day your child dies (the one which no father wants).

But there are so many great times to reflect on Auston's

Short life on this planet. This Blog is for all who want to

contribute your thoughts and pictures of times spent with Auston.

( I'll post later a way to create an album)

The Day Auston was Born was the morning after we moved into our home on Yanceyville Rd, May 13, 1982

Also, to find out later....... that day the sun was setting in between the dip at hanging rock in the mountain range visible from the place we had on Belews Creek Lake at that time....around the dam area. So whenever

any of you are on the lake on May 13th and the sky allows the visibility
when the sun sets between the gap at Hanging Rock
 ........Think of Auston.

When his mom got the urging from Auston that morning.... it was about 8:30.....he was in a hurry to get into this world...we barely got to the Hospital in time ......he was born about 9:45 that morning. (this is purely from memory so the exact time could be off a few minutes.) Such a Proud young man I was to be blessed with another fine child.

Auston ,Solomon and I went to the Bristol Race. What a Great Time we had those few days.

Like the so many times we all spent quality time with one another.

I'll end this now and will contribute more pictures,videos and stories of Auston's short Dash
between 1982-2010.....I hope to see many pictures and stories I have not heard or seen from

all of you who loved and adored Auston.
